About the Founder

Hi, I’m Jorji, founder of Westcliff Studios.

My background spans fashion, beauty, CPG, food, travel, and lifestyle. I’ve worked both in-house and agency-side, giving me a clear view of how brands are built from the inside out and how they’re experienced by the audience on the other side of the screen. That perspective shapes everything we do.

I studied marketing and global business at NYU Stern, where I learned the fundamentals of strategy, positioning, and growth. From there, I went on to work with legacy media brands like Marie Claire, as well as boutique agencies and emerging companies across a range of industries. Each role sharpened my understanding of storytelling, aesthetics, and performance, and how all three need to work together to truly move a brand forward.

Westcliff was built as a founder-led studio supported by a small team of trusted collaborators across creative, paid media, design, and content. Depending on the project, I work alongside a network of specialists so clients get the benefit of senior-level strategy with the flexibility of a modern, lean agency model.

I started this studio after watching the marketing industry change faster than most businesses could keep up. Platforms evolve, trends come and go, and attention is harder to earn than ever. Westcliff exists to help brands cut through that noise with clarity, strong creative, and strategy that actually works.
